Bruising will release new single ‘I Don’t Mind’ on December 2nd via Beech Coma, backed by B-side ‘Rest In Peace Kurt Donald Cobain (1967-1994)’, which the band has just shared online.

They say of the track, “This was one of the first songs we ever wrote together when we started the band…Honey and two others, this was one of them, and has been one of our favourite songs in the set since. The name of the track was a bit of an in joke that got out of hand, firmly tongue in cheek; Being aware the song sounded like it might be ripping off a whole bunch of other songs we just started calling it various plays on Rip Off, Ripped, RIP… The initial demo had the guitar running through a small clone pedal that made it sound like Nirvana, so the whole thing just snowballed into Rest In Peace Kurt Donald Cobain (1967 – 1994).’

The band will also tour the UK in December, including Cambridge’s The Blue Moon on 11th. Dates are as follows…

Saturday 3rd December – Fan Club at Rough Trade, Nottingham
