The Chemical Brothers have announced the release of a new track from their hugely anticipated eighth studio album, Born In The Echoes. The hallucinogenic disco number Under Neon Lights features guest vocals from Annie Clark (St Vincent) and will is available with pre-orders of the album which is due out on Virgin on 17th July.

Chemical Brother Tom Rowlands says of the collaboration: “We’re always looking to work with likeminded people who do something a bit different to us. Annie is an amazing artist who was very up for experimenting.”

This coming Sunday, the Chemical Brothers play the Other Stage at Glastonbury – their fifth headline slot at the festival. The band recently headlined Sonar in Spain and Orange Festival in Poland and are due to play shows in Europe, Japan and America over the summer. The live show has been entirely redesigned by Adam Smith and Marcus Lyall. They have directed new visual pieces which appear on a huge LED screen behind the band. The work has been produced by Black Dog Films (Ridley Scott Associates).
