Curated by the Junction, Night Watch is a new all-night, all-day festival that takes over where SAMPLED Festival left off. The aim is to present “the best in contemporary theatre, dance, live art, installation, music, food…and football”, with a focus on fostering new and original works. The performances themselves can last anything from a few minutes to the whole duration, and full details of the line-up can be found on the poster below.
Tickets can be bought for the whole show (£24 for 24 hours) or for solely the Day Shift / Night Shift (noon til midnight and midnight til noon, £18). Anyone still there for the morning gets breakfast as part of the deal, too.
To keep tabs on announcements as they happen, feel free to follow Night Watch via @nightwatchfest. Any related acts, news items, previews etc. will also come filed under #noontilnoon, so be sure to make the use of your social media for this one… Tickets can be bought in advance from the Junction’s website here – click for more details of the event as they currently stand.
