Arts website Noisey have the honour of premiering the just-escaped-the-editing-suite video for new Woman’s Hour single ‘Darkest Place’.

Consistent with the band’s aesthetic, the work is darkly suggestive rather than outright unnerving – but it gets pretty close. A faceless man grapples out of shot with the singer, trying to pry her eyes open as she swings in and out of focus. The whole piece is filmed in one continuous shot, incredibly close range, and the results are beautifully claustrophobic. Appropriately, once you start watching it’s hard to look away.
